Once again Steve did a great job on repairing my PC…Not only has Steve got great knowledge when it comes to Computers, but he also has a very friendly manner, and will do anything he can to help…. The service he provides is the best you could ever wish for, in that he is very fast to sort out the problem and get your PC back to you…. Do not go anywhere else if you have a problem as Steve is SIMPLY THE BEST……Thank You Steve…….

My computer stopped working, thats the limit of my IT knowledge. Steve from ComputaRite came out to me (On a Sunday! ) Was unable to fix the problem at my house so took the thing away. Phoned later that evening to say the "Motherboard" had failed and provided options. A replacement was ordered and delivered to him the next day; installed and tested and returned to me the following day. No chare made until I had checked and tested it. This was unbelievably fast efficient service. I would highly recommend ComputaRite to anyone with IT problems. Service was second to none, quality and helpfulness unbeatable and the friendly understanding of Steve so refreshing. Steve was very helpful in resolving my laptop problem and offered me many solutions to sort it and explained each of them too. He collected it and fixed the issues before returning a few days later. The laptop is now running better than new and I would recommend him for any PC/Laptop issues for sure. Cheers Mark.

Picked my laptop up on the same day that I called Steve. Repaired and delivered back 48 hours later and what a difference it has made. Much more cost effective than a replacement. Would highly recommend Steve to anyone experiencing issues.

The best PC repair company I have used. Their pricing was fair and at every stage, they contacted me either to discuss necessary actions and costs, or to tell me that there was a cheaper alternative to what I wanted. In short, I was treated as if I was one of their friends or relatives. They will in future be my first choice for PC repairs.

Awesome Service. Can't say much more. Made the experience of my 3 year old pc just breaking suddenly, less stressful. Was reassuring and helped retrieve all hard drive files that I initially thought and was concerned had been lost. Also assisted in souring replacement and made several trips to collect and re-deliver machines when needed. So happy at the outcome and would refer anyone to you in the future. I have been using Steve for a few years now, Always happy with his service, on this occasion he remotely sorted out a few issues with my printers and windows 10.

Quick reliable service, couldn't be happier, got me back up and running in no time during Coronavirus lockdown observing government guidelines about social distancing etc.

Had an issue with my computer - running slow and taking ages to load up. I was introduced to Steve who came out (prior to lockdown) and we discussed the options available. Computer taken away and after further testing, we agreed on the upgrades required. As we were now in lockdown, Steve returned the computer (leaving it outside the house for me to bring in) and later that day he dialed in remotely and took me through the changes made over the telephone and also provided advice for ease of retrieving information. Thoroughly happy with both the service and cost - very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Steve and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Dont let the lockdown put you off - he can arrange collection and delivery to suit.

I have used Steve several times for varying reasons from upgrades to recovery from a computer crash. This time I needed a laptop problem sorting out so I could continue working from home. As we are in lockdown I wasn’t sure if Steve could help. I needn’t have worried. He called to arrange a suitable time for collection, called when on the way so I could leave my laptop outside and let me know when he had it. He then thoroughly cleaned the laptop on arrival at workshop used an external mouse and keyboard to complete repairs, then fully cleaned it with antibacterial cleaner ready for return to me. Then did same again by calling me when on his way and letting me know when left outside. Don’t waste your time looking for a better service or price, you simply won’t find one. .

Excellent service from Steve - ComputaRite, my late wife laptop had passwords etc so unable to access photos/ documents etc Steve was able to open and transfer all material to my iCloud also offered tech advice when purchasing Apple IPad. Great guy, very approachable, Highly recommend.

We would highly recommend ComputaRite, although we are in complete isolation due to health problems, Steve came to us and picked up the laptop and when finished he returned it. There was no contact and he sanitized everything before delivery, which was a bonus to us in these troubled times. .

Steve has been looking after my tech for some time. He did a brilliant job fixing a middle aged laptop which was causing really big problems. The price was reasonable and the service just great. He did some trouble shooting on an elderly desktop. Sadly there was never going to be a complete solution but he did keep it going for another six months. His advice on what I should be looking for in a replacement was invaluable and freely given. He really knows his stuff. Doesn't patronise and doesn't charge the earth. Very highly recommended.

The advice and service I received from ComputaRite was fantastic! Steve responded promptly to all texts and phone calls. He diagnosed the problem with my laptop and when I decided to buy a new one he offered sound advice to enable me to buy a laptop that was suitable for my needs. Once I had purchased the new laptop Steve transferred all my data and returned the laptop to me quickly. I would definitely recommend the company to relatives and friends.

Steve at ComputaRite is everything you need - professional, highly responsive, helpful and totally trustworthy. I have used his services on several occasions and I could not be happier. He is always contactable and keeps you informed of progress. If you have an urgent need as I did previously (business PC hard drive failure) he will work around the clock to get you back on the road. I have also used Steve to upgrade my existing PC to be future proofed as I did not want to spend close to a thousand pounds on a new one that would be of lower quality. Steve has repaired my laptop a couple of times. Great service the first time, so had no hesitation to use him again. Just give him a call and he will come and collect it from you as soon as he can, diagnose it, let you know the cost so you can decide whether to go ahead or not. Repairs carried out swiftly, kept updated via text of progress and cost very reasonable. Being so busy, I like the fact that it is a door to door service, so you don't have to visit a shop.
