ComplianceFix is a website compliance service built specifically for UK small businesses. We scan your website against six or more UK regulations - including GDPR, PECR, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Equality Act 2010, Companies Act 2006, and sector-specific rules - and deliver a complete compliance pack tailored to your business.

Every business has different compliance obligations depending on what sector it operates in. A garage handling MOT data and vehicle registrations has different requirements to a solicitor navigating SRA transparency rules, or a salon storing allergy and patch test records. Generic templates downloaded from the internet don't account for any of this. We identify your sector, the third-party tools you use, and the regulations that apply - then build documents that reflect what your business actually does.

Your compliance pack includes four documents: a privacy policy customised for your sector and data processing activities, terms and conditions with the correct regulatory references, a cookie policy mapped to your actual trackers and compliant with the Data Use and Access Act 2025, and an accessibility statement meeting Equality Act 2010 and WCAG 2. 1 Level AA standards.

We currently support over 20 sector packs covering legal, financial, healthcare, automotive, construction, plumbing, accountancy, education, hospitality, retail, health and beauty, and more. Each pack includes sector-specific clauses, regulatory references, and retention periods appropriate to that industry.
