Extremely difficult to deal with. It takes weeks for the ID checks to be completed because they constantly request additional documents, even though everything has already been submitted multiple times. People are senselessly harassed here and nothing else. If you want a quick registration, go elsewhere. You will be long dead by the time your company is finally formed.

The general service is great and relatively simple - I do however find the constant force-feeding of available services (banks, accounting, registered office hosting plus about 10 others) very irritating and quite difficult at times to navigate - sometimes unintentionally nearly signing up for a registered office service I didn't want and then having to backtrack.

A lot of these services are either included with the package or can be added on before incorporation (and we have to remind customers that we have a Registered Office service, in case they aren't aware that the address for the company will appear online). CMS was super helpful during the process of registration so the level of service was very good, other than a few hiccups with document verification. The price you pay for the excellent quality is well worth it, and a good reason to pick them over the competition.
