We’re a family business with a proud history of innovation. Founded in 1988 by Keith Malpass, Compac Services set out to do just two things: produce efficient engineering HVAC solutions along with excellent after sales care.

Today, Compac Services is trusted by commercial customers across the North East and the UK and is the go-to HVAC installations and maintenance contractor for businesses from supermarkets to schools, across the private and public sectors.
