Would not recommend! Did not connect the gutter to the down pipe, while I was away for a week rain water poured in my kitchen causing damage to my ceiling and walls. Repair work was completed immediately and they agreed to pay for the damage to my kitchen. This bill has been left unpaid and messages ignored. I am now hundreds out pounds out of pockets as I have had to pay this myself. There has been no acknowledgement of the messages I’ve sent to say if or when this will be paid back. Leak in the gutter at the front door which was first reported on 8th August and has yet to be fixed on 24th September. Every time it rains I need to walk through a waterfall to get out of my front door. All messages regarding this have been ignored. I have now had to make alternative arrangements to have this fixed. Again, I am now out of pocket as I will have to pay for this myself. I’ve had the roof checked and the crew have done an excellent job. While on site they were polite and respected my property. It is therefore a shame to give a bad review due to the lack of communication and resolution of issues once they have your money in their account.Moreexpand_more
