Paul has been looking after my hair for quite some time now. When I first went to him my hair was in terrible condition after years of poor colour treatments and styling. I am pleased to say my hair is now a beautiful colour and healthy. The whole Team at Collective is very professional and welcoming. Cannot fault them.

Adding to my review following my recent visit on 21 Oct; I’m absolutely amazed by the creativity and passion of the team in this salon. Once again Paul transformed my hair after saying I wanted to be slightly darker. He talked through his suggestions which I loved, it’s reassuring that someone is aiming to make you feel great and look wonderful. Your not just another customer, your made to feel so valued. Your not handed over to a colourist - your stylist is the one creating the vision and they do the full works, colour, cut, styling and lots of great advice. There are so many other salons where you book with stylist and they only spend initial consultation, cut and then finish off drying which is such poor service and doesn’t compare to philosophy at Collective Hairdressing. If you want the best from people that are passionate about their trade and truly want to want to make you look your best - Go to this salon you won’t be disappointed. Paul has completely transformed my hair yesterday -absolutely love colour and cut- thank you so much, really appreciate all your time, attention to detail and the fact you worked very late on a Friday night. ?I have been to high end salons and left - none compare to this salon- if you want a first class, bespoke service, this is the very best salon to go to. Paul worked his magic today. I’m delighted with my cut and colour! When I was diagnosed with a medical condition 10 months ago, which was likely to affect my hair, Paul offered sound advice in order to help me care for my hair going forward (even researching and printing off information for me). 10 months on, Paul did a thorough assessment/consultation of my hair before It underwent its transformation today. Thank you! I’m very happy with the result. I’ve been a customer for a good few years now and can highly recommend this salon. Staff are professional and friendly (& the tunes are great too! ).

Excellent service and thorough Covid cleaning and protection procedures. Had my unruly mop fabulously thinned and styled By Paul. Gave me tips on drying technique too so I could maintain the look - you’re a star Paul thank you so much.

Absolutely amazed by Alex (the artist) my name for a truly professional hair stylist and colourist. This man will go far. The salon staff were friendly welcoming and very professional I would definitely recommend a visit. I've come up from Cornwall and I'm booked in again in February. Outstanding.

Visited Collective Hairdressing for the first time on Tuesday. Alex listened to my hair woes and my colour concerns. What happened next was amazing. Alex has tranformed my look completely and the compliments I have had since have been amazing. I will be visiting again in a couple of weeks for my colour overhaul and I cannot wait. Cannot recommend this salon and Alex enough.

This was my third visit. Alex gave me the confidence to have my hair coloured. My hair is mostly white and have always been told not to colour my hair. I went for a very pale pink which was a good start. I’m now asking for more. Alex is patient and listens to what you say. I love having my hair washed and find it very relaxing if it’s done well. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment, something I never thought I would say as I have often felt intimidated by previous hairdressers.

Alex is exceptionally creative and gave great advice on the right colour and cut to suit my complexion. I immediately trusted him to completely overhaul my style and was thrilled with the results. Alex does not rest until you are completely happy, I’d recommend a visit - you won’t regret it!
