Coleman Training is a Centre of Excellence with Skills for Care. As industry leaders in the social care sector, Coleman Training has many years of experience delivering the highest quality training to care staff around the UK. In addition, many of our trainers and staff have firsthand experience as registered managers or staff leaders in social care services. Therefore, they understand the challenges, gaps, and support needed for social care workers.

Coleman Training is a care training and consultancy company that was founded in 1994. Since then, we have closely collaborated with a variety of esteemed clients, including national and independent care homes, local authorities, the Alzheimer’s Society, and Skills for Care. Our endorsements include being recognized by Skills for Care, being a CPD Accredited Provider, an approved center by TQUK, and being a member of both the Care Learning Coalition and the ILM.

Caroline Coleman, founder of Coleman Training, has over 30 years of business and management experience. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and delivers specialist training in leadership and management, including the “Lead to Succeed” and “Well Led” programs. Additionally, she has a background in psychotherapy and has worked with people with dementia and their families before taking on a role with the Alzheimer’s Society.
