I have been a client of Collabella Hair in Lanesfield for 12 years. Its a great salon - modern/clean with a lovely atmosphere and a beauty room next door. I enjoy my visits. Anna, Steph, Paula and Sarah are welcoming and friendly and always make sure you have a 'good hair' experience. I love how they offer professional advice on colour/style and how to manage your hair in-between visits. I get compliments on my hair where ever I go. They offer a range of hair treatments and one specifically for helping maintain hair density. I have been using the product for around two years and am so pleased with the results. My hair is now thicker and stronger. I also love the fact that the Salon runs a loyalty scheme meaning I can enjoy money off when I have my colour done or a relaxing scalp massage/hair treatment. I have now been a few times to this salon and they never drop in standard or service. I highly rate this salon.

I give this salon top marks. Walked in on speck as was passing, was desperate for a colour but was refused due to not having had a colour test with them. That was a first in all the years of using salons, she explained a severe reaction could result in death and I was like OMG why has no other salon ever said this! Had a wash cut and dried on my crazy curly hair, again great advice about my hair and tips to control it. Will be having my colour there at a later date.

I have been visiting this salon along with their Bilston one for the last 20 years. What makes this salon stand out compared to others is their professionalism. The staff have regular training to provide customers with the latest styles, colours and products and offer valuable advice every time I go. In fact, every time I go there I ask to try something new as I trust them so much! I have had extensions, various colours and a multitude of styles over the years and they have excelled every time. They even provide colour correction! If you are looking for somewhere to go that you can trust then this is the place to go. It is a nice relaxed atmosphere and they always offer refreshments and make me feel pampered. I can't praise this salon enough. Service never falters, from arrival to leaving, colabella give a very high standard of service. All of the staff are friendly and the most important thing my hair always looks and feels wonderful. Fresh clean looking salon. Can park out side salon which is great. A year later and still as satisfied as the first visit to colabella. The standard stays high every time update June 2017 :).

Anna and Steph did a great job in my highlights. The hair treatments are worthwhile too as they keep my hair in good condition. My cut always looks good when straightened or just left natural I'd recommend to anyone.
