Retrieved files from broken computer (not repairable) Repaired a 10 year old computer that had been in the back of the cupboard for 5 years. Talked through the work required gave a quote for the work. Regular update for the work and agree cost before proceeding. 3 day turn around and in budget.

Found Tomasz purely by chance yesterday as my PC had been very slow. Gave him a call, he was 10 minutes away. Dropped the PC down to him, he diagnosed the issue, sorted the internal storage, cleaned the machine inside, reinstalled Microsoft. It's like having a new turbo charged computer! I wish I'd have found Tomasz years ago hes an absolute gem, totally straight, very reasonably priced. He gave me lots of information and advice.
