Having had a bad experience with a previous Accountancy firm, I was very wary entrusting my affairs to a new business but I read the reviews and decided to make an appointment. I have found Sherrie and Linda both very patient and keen to help explain things in a way that is understandable to someone who is not the least bit interested in numbers (! ) I consider the charge for the work they do is fair and reasonable and having been with them now for almost a year, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Linda Frier is a brilliant accountant. She does a lot more than number crunch; she proactively helps you understand your business and finances better so that you can be clearer about what happened, where you're at and where you need to be. Tax returns are submitted in good time so you don't get any surprises on 31st January! You've tried the rest, now work with the best!

I contacted them about a tax query relating to me being both PAYE and SE. I was offered a free consultation. Within 5 minutes Linda had told me what I needed and for no charge. It was so refreshing to be told-actually you are fine to do your own taxes you don't need an accountant-I feel many other companies wouldn't have been so honest! Very helpful-thank you!

I Have used the services of Coalesco for the last 3 years now and having moved from different accountants I can honestly say that the service now received is excellent and very good value for money. If you are looking for a no nonsense accountant then you have found them.

Enquired about the service and went in to the office twice to meet Linda who was a very nice and polite lady. Then that was it left messages everyday for a week and had no response so changed accountants. Poor poor poor customer service will definitely not be recommending to friends and family. There's no excuse for not valuing your customers if phone calls and messages are ignored it's just plain rude.
