We are regular users of this company. The work is always competitively priced, but done thoroughly and safely, which is especially important for gas and heating work. I would highly recommend Colm and his company.

Colm refitted our ensuite a week ago and has done a fantastic job. We ended up having our old shower, sink and toilet removed and replaced - along with a cabinet and towel rail all installed. CMI arranged all the necessary trades people for the different parts of the job and had the project finished within a week. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of Colm and his team and being punctual all days of the project. We would happily use again.

Colm completed bathroom refit for me last year. This included taking out an old bathroom from a third floor tenement flat, including a heavy cast iron bath! Then fitting a new bath, shower, toilet, sink, towel rail and tiling and plaster work. He organised all the elements and I found Colm really professional and direct to work with. Really happy with the final result and love my new bathroom. It has transformed my flat.

CMI did an excellent job of replacing and repositioning 5 radiators, all in less than 6 hours. We were especially pleased that this was done without lifting floorboards. Colm willingly worked in the narrow underfloor crawl space – something that other tradesmen were not willing to consider. Great job.

WE had a new boiler fitted by CMI Plumbing and Heating which included draining and cleaning the central heating system and fitting a shower pump. CMI were prompt, kept us informed and provided a very professional service.

Complete refurbishment of bathroom and downstairs toilet. Work was carried out to a very high standard and very reasonable price indeed. Very professional and friendly with good communication. A joy to deal with.

CMI replaced an old Redring electric combi boiler with a Thermaflow for me. Prep was great, job was very neat price was very fair. This is a 5star company.

Colm provides a very professional service. Before the job started all the carpets were completely protected. The installation of new boiler took a single day and the old boiler and fittings were removed that morning. 1st class workmanship, courteous service and a full diagnostic check and report on the install before sign off.

Colm of CMI Plumbing has done 3 major projects for us in the last 3 years: 2 complete bathroom renovations and a new boiler installation. Both bathrooms were small or awkward shape and Colm managed to re-fit them to our specifications with fabulous results. He supervised the whole process involving other tradesmen (tiler, plasterer, electrician, joiner) when needed, leaving us only to pick the equipment of our choice. We found Colm to be highly competent and trust-worthy, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

The plumbing company that I had satisfactory used for the last five years was unfortunately no longer available. I required plumbing work to be done in my cloakroom. I then asked a local plumber to perform the work. Unfortunately the work was very substandard and still leaked even after a remedial visit. I subsequently used Freeindex to select CMI to fix the botched job. I found that the reviews on Freeindex concerning CMI are very accurate. I found CMI to be punctual, respectful of my property and most of all my job was carried out in a very professional manner. Needless to say my cloakroom plumbing now does not leak and looks as if a professional carried out the work. Colm came to give us a quote, which he explained in clear detail. We were very happy with the quote which we felt was very reasonable and met our needs well. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. Once we had accepted the quote, he was able to come out within a week, did the job quickly, efficiently, and we have been very pleased with the result.
