Rick took away my computer to update it and clear up the mess that it was in. He returned with it 3 days later in much better shape - hard to believe it was the same machine! He kept his appointments to the minute, and was thoroughly pleasant to deal with. No competition to him now in terms of computer work so far as I am concerned! David Robinson.
I had a new computer which Rick installed and he explained the various new things I needed to know. This year I've had extra memory supplied and fitted. I cannot speak too highly of the wonderful service offered, it's above and beyond any I've had before, even from one of those larger companies. It's service with a friendly smile, lots of patience, and explanations that even I (an OAP) can understand. Thank you Rick, you're a star.
During lockdown due to the coronavirus, a hardware fault developed on my wife's computer. Contacted CMC and Rick collected the laptop from my front door (maintaining social distancing). He diagnosed the problem and sourced the spares required and called me with the price. A few days later he delivered the repaired laptop back to my front door. Thank you for this excellent service during these trying times.

Contacted Rick (via Dr Google) because our regular PC contact was known to be away. Initial problem was mice-related but another irritation came into conversation. Less than 48 years later all was resolved and at very reasonable cost. Outcome is that Rick is on my list of proven-in-their field people. Another lesson for readers: if you're buying a mouse from PCWorld take home three and return the two which don't work!
My PC drives were rapidly filling up and I needed someone to clean up the mess! I got Rick's details from the Corfe Mullen Neighbourhood Watch leaflet and received a prompt reply to my enquiry and next day Rick was on site sorting it out. He also fixed my CD drive which had mysteriously stopped working and as he was also unhappy about the speed of my PC speed, he spent some time sorting that out as well! Knowledgeable and friendly and obviously prepared to got he extra mile. Excellent value for money and will certainly use him again. Highly recommended.
I was recommended to Rick by a friend of mine. I was very impressed with all that he did. He managed to get my desk top computer up and running and supplied 3 new parts. After 2 visits to my home, the charge was very acceptable. A friendly and helpful man and I would have no hesitation recommending Rick to others.

Rick came to fix some substantial problems with my setting-up a new computer; mostly to do with some overloaded mailbox issues on multiple addresses. All my own fault. He did a wonderfully quick and competent fix; at a very fair rate. I now have him as my first port-of-call for digital fixes. I recommend him for both work and attitude.
