I had been searching for the same clown letters my children had on their bedroom doors and finally found them at Clementine toys. Rachel made contact as not all my order could be filled but they would be ordering more in the next couple of months. I was happy to wait and they were delivered yesterday. The jungle letters are really fun. Bright colours and good quality. However, the O has an orangutan on it which is difficult for a child to match with the phonetic sound of the letter. The company could not have been more helpful as the letters I originally ordered were unavailable and they made up the name from jungle letters and sent a photo of it for me to consider. I would definitely recommend Clementine Toys. .

Ordered on September 22d, now october 5th, no news whatsoever, sent email no reply, tryied to call no reply. Does the company even exist?
