I have converted a garage into an office and replaced the garage doors with double glazed, patio doors. From quote to completion, Darren was thorough and clear and the fitter Chris, did a great job too. Both professional and polite at all times. Shortly after, they replaced the bathroom window panes and again, no problems to report with the quality of work. Gladly use them again.

From the warm, friendly and pressure free introduction/quotation right up until installation and completion we experienced a truly top class service. Throughout the whole process the communication from Darren was excellent, very attentive and we really got the sense that we were being well looked after. To the extent that even when there was a tiny hiccup with the factory/supplier (no fault of ClearVision) who sent my frames to the wrong place, I was contacted immediately and assured my windows would still be fitted that day (and they were). It really felt that ClearVision were prepared to go that extra mile for us and there was complete trust throughout. Our fitter Chris arrived dead on time as planned, was extremely approachable and on hand to answer any questions we had. The work was finished within a day and was carried out sufficiently and completely issue free. The purchase made was a replacement composite front door. Unfortunately I am unable to give more than a maximum score for the work carried out for me. I can however elaborate a little for my reasoning. The quotation and sale element was without any pressure and provided a full definition of the product to meet my specific requirements and style by a personable and polite sales person. When ready the arrangements for fitting the door were to suit me and were carried out in a clean, competent and efficient manner by a polite and knowledgeable tradesman. As with any work there can be problems an I did have a couple as a result of the manufacturer not communicating adequately with the installer; these however were dealt with by the installer in the most customer friendly and efficient manner that I have experienced for many a long year. At every stage I was appraised of the conversations and actions promised - for this customer support alone I commend the installer. In short all elements of the installer's work is to at least a full rating and, demonstrably, in the customer's best interests.

We were well looked after through our whole purchasing and fitting process. Any queries or issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We were promised tight timescales and this timetable was met and the Windows were delivered when promised and fitted within 3 days. A seamless transaction. Clearvision have just finished installing a replacement patio door and guttering. From my initial contact with the company through to completion the process has been smooth, professional and friendly. I am more than happy with the final result and would have no hesitation in recommending Clearvision in the future.

Clearvision have just finished our Conservatory. I've always steered clear of having one due to nightmare stories about too hot in summer and too cold in the winter. We came across Clearvision through Google and checking out reviews. It's hard to know who to go to when all you have are adverts, but we liked what we read about Clearvision. Karl visited us and used a nifty machine to show us how much heat came through various roofing materials and assured us that all the glass they use is Grade A. Karl also took in all our ideas and pointed us in the right directions with no pressure to sell so we took the plunge and ordered one. Darren then stepped in with his team, nothing was left undone, they turned up when they said they would, everyone was very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Darren is extremely proud of his Company with good reason and checked up on the work every day and was and is still just a phone call away should there be any problems, which is unlikely but it's a good feeling to know that there's an excellent after sales service. So a few weeks later we are sat here on one of the hottest days of the year with the French doors open and it's no hotter than my living room. We are really pleased with the quality of our new room which is 4x3 metres and extremely relaxing, just like sitting in the garden but in the middle of a living room. Thankyou Clearvision for transforming our conservatory. It now has a tiled and insulated roof which means we can use it all year round, no longer too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. From start to finish the service and work was first class. We would thoroughly recommend this company, two very happy customers.
