Clear from the Crowd CVs+ helped me with my recent job application and interview. The help I received proved to be invaluable in securing a job at a particularly challenging time. Firstly, I received assistance with my application forms and CV. Maria was able to pinpoint immediately the areas in my application which I needed to focus on. She researched the role and gave me very specific advice on how to tailor my CV and application to the key requirements of the role. After several feedback sessions, I felt really confident with my CV as well as having a really solid personal statement, which I could submit independently or use for future application forms, making the whole process a lot easier. I received several invites to interviews based on my applications, I then met again with Maria via zoom and we discussed interview techniques. She has a lot of experience interviewing candidates for jobs and it is really evident in her outlook. Before our meeting, she gave me a list of questions to think about, which really helped me to focus on what I wanted to express in the interview. We then went through some of the questions we thought would be asked and she helped me to think about them in a new light. I felt incredibly well prepared for my interview and knew exactly what to say to the questions which came up, as well as focused on the right research to do prior to the interview. I received a job offer after my first interview, in a highly competitive field, with a role and responsibilities that far exceed my current experience level.
