1. Brownfield Redevelopment – Wolverhampton.

Overview:
Clear Environmental supported a residential-led regeneration project on a former industrial site in Wolverhampton. Our team completed a Phase 1 assessment followed by intrusive investigation and ground gas monitoring. Elevated carbon dioxide levels and hydrocarbon hotspots were identified. 2. Due Diligence for Industrial Acquisition – Salford.

Overview:
For an investment client acquiring a tenanted industrial estate, Clear Environmental delivered a rapid Phase 1 and 2 assessment. We identified historical fuel storage and confirmed hydrocarbon contamination through targeted sampling. Clear Environmental assessed ground gas risk for a housing development adjacent to made ground. We classified the site as CS2, specified suitable membrane and venting systems, and provided verification in line with BS8485 and CIRIA C665.
