Arrangements were made after inspection to clean a ‘light coloured badly stained carpet’. To say that the results were better than expected are an ‘understatement’. Over the years I have hired many carpet cleaners, but this company is the best. The owner is polite, professional, and empathetic to one's needs. He provides a free written estimate and clearly explains the processes and costs involved. As our carpets get a lot of wear (and unfortunately stains) I asked for stain removal and pre-wash as well as the cleaning and the price was still reasonable. All the stains were removed and the carpets looked lovely. And thanks those super 'turbo dryers', the carpet was ready to use in no time!
