Clark & Wilson

After some very poor experiences with past home improvement work by other companies I can say my faith was completely restored by Clark and Wilson and I was delighted with the high quality of work and craftsmanship that they delivered in re-felting a very large shed roof. Lawrence pulled out all the stops to get the work done as quickly and efficiently as possible at very reasonable rates and I could not recommend this company highly enough. For any other home improvements I shall look no further in future. In my experience Clark and Wilson were reliable, obliging, versatile and a very pleasant company to deal from start to finish.

Lawrence came to carry out some tiling and joinery work in the kitchen for us. We are delighted at the standard of work he provided, and he was very professional and helpful. He explained what he was doing, and the reasons and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to others, as well as contacting him again. .

Lawrence has been working on my elderly mums house this year and his help has been invaluable. He is a hard worker, conscientious and wants to get things right. He was good with my mum too and that's important when you have someone coming into an older person's home. Great value all round, would def recommended him.

Lawrence was professional, tidy, punctual and polite. Managed to do my few jobs at short notice which I appreciated. Fixed a missing panel to my fence, hung three mirrors and a clock. Painted a bit of skirting in a bathroom. This demonstrated his skill to do different types of jobs. Easier for me to have one person doing various jobs, so cost effective. Will use again in the future.

Lawrence tiled our kitchen. Excellent work carried out to a very high standard. Happy to go out and leave Lawrence to work away. Honest and trustworthy guy. Turned up when he said he would which seems to be a rare thing with tradesmen just now. Will definitely use Lawrence again. Highly recommended.

Honest, dosent just do anything that u ask if going waste time and money ! Very helpful, gives honest quote n works to the standard u desire, friendly, not in u face, trustworthy more than comfortable to leave in house while out, works till work complete dosent rush on time, very relaxed not in you face, appreachated his honesty on work that would of been waste of time and money, tiling great, doors fixed to perfection until I was happy, all in all been very pleased with work and attention to detail! , tidy n clean, tidied up n respected my need for clean home, all in all recommend, just be straight with all questions and things like done and will be straight with u, recommended, will upload picture later.

Flat pack bedside cabinets and renewing the silicon seal round the bath. Both jobs done to a high standard of workmanship. Neat, very tidy and reasonably priced! Would recommend this company!

Lawrence came to our flat and wallpapered our bathroom and kitchen, he also painted the ceilings and re-sealed our bath sealant after we had a bad flood from our upstairs neighbours. His work has been exceptional, quick (2 days), extremely well done, and all with a polite and courteous manner. The quality of his work is spot on, we have no complaints whatsoever. I have used Clark and Wilson for recent work including TV wallbracket installation, Baypole curtail rail fitting and bespoke furniture assembly. I was very impressed with Lawrence's professional attitude toward his work, and his attention to detail and problem-solving when any niggles arised was much appreciated. Add into the fact his labour rates are one of the best in Glasgow is further testament to why I will use and recommend him again.

I have used this organisation a number of times during the last three years for a variety of tasks including renewing grout, staining and varnishing parquet flooring, hanging pictures and fitting additional shelving. The work has always been carried out to a very high standard at the price quoted and in the time estimated. Although the operative occasionally arrives a little later than arranged he always contacts me to explain why and arranges a new time for arrival.
