I had a flare up of lower back pain and, with a half marathon to run the following day, I managed (at very short notice) to get an appointment with Clare. After some manipulation and advice on stretching my back felt slightly better but the following morning felt 100% better - half marathon was completed in under 2 hours with very little pain. Highly recommend a visit to Clare.
