My name is Clare and I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I offer therapy to people of all ages but have a specialism in working with Children and Young People and Adults whose issues derive from Childhood.
I work from my own private practice which is based in Sudbury Suffolk.

I am qualified to Masters Degree level, have many years of experience working in mental health, therapeutic support and social care.

I am a registered member of the BACP British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have experience working with the following ; Anxiety Depression, family breakdown, self harm, eating disorders, BPD, Panic, trauma and loss and much more. Please contact me to discuss your presenting issues.
