We were forced to cancel our wedding after the very sad passing of my mum. I was very disappointed that Clare made the decision to withhold my full deposit. It would have been appreciated if she had only witheld a small admin cost. Very poor treatment.

We Booked Claire for our wedding on December 17th 2014 @ the Vu in Bathgate. The service that Claire provided both in the run up to the day and the day of the wedding were second to none. Easy to get along with, very professional and a brilliant eye for detail. Both of us could not have wished for a better photographer to capture our big day. Seeing the work that Claire produced brought all the memories of the big day back, fantastic range of photos that will remind us for a very very long time to come. We used Claire for our wedding photos back in 2012 and were blown away with the fantastic photos and her overall service from start to finish. When we decided to surprise my parents for their 60th with a family photo shoot we had no doubt that we would request the professional service of Claire. Again she did not disappoint. A fantastic photographer! Claire recently photographed our wedding and we can't begin to thank her enough for not only the beautiful photo's but for the whole experience; from the initial meeting, booking and communication in the run up to the wedding, pre-shoot and of course on the day itself, not to mention the after service and quick turn around on the photo's! We choose Claire because we wanted natural and relaxed photo's of our day and it's exactly what we got. Claire was like one of our guests which meant that everyone relaxed around her and we got some amazing shots as a result of it. Working under some difficult conditions (gathering people once they've had a drink is like herding sheep), Claire remained calm throughout and whilst we were all focused on other things, ensured we got the shots on the day that we asked for, and more. It's a big thing to choose a photographer as it's the one memento you have of your day but Claire is a photographer you can more than trust to capture all the little moments and details. We would highly recommend Claire to anyone considering using her for their wedding.

It took allan and I ages to find the right photographer for our wedding, mainly due to the factory were getting married in a dark venue and a lot of photographers who have great photos taken in natural daylight but not so great in dark conditions. Anyway, we found Claire and couldn't have been happier. We are both terrible infront of a camera and are totally delighted with the results. Thanks Claire for taking great photos and telling the story of the whole day perfectly.

Claire was the photographer for our wedding and we can't recommend her highly enough. We chose Claire as her relaxed style suited what we were looking for, we are so glad we chose her and are both delighted with our photographs. Claire has a very relaxed style and is not at all overpowering resulting in us getting some great natural photos many we didn't realise were being taken. Hello, We booked Claire to photograph our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the service and quality of work from her. On the day Claire was professional, friendly, and a great calming influence actually. And throughout the day we felt comfortable enough to ask her for extra photos of the family that were not planned before hand. I highly recommend Claire for anyone looking to book a photographer. The photos we received were absolutely stunning, and she also done options of some in black and white, which I thought was lovely. Claire was our photographer for our wedding and we are both really happy with our decision to book her as our photographer. We stumbled across her website when trying to find a photographer and were both impressed with the quality of her photos and decided to meet her. On meeting her in person we found her to be approachable and relaxed, which confirmed our decision to book her for our big day. The package we ordered included a pre wedding shoot, which we found to be a very worthwhile, not only to get some nice photos of the two of us in a location that was important to us, but more importantly to have us both feeling relaxed in front of the camera in advance of our big day. On the day of the wedding we were both impressed with how organised Claire was in making sure all of the photos we wanted were taken. Her portable microphone used to organise the bigger group photos went down well with our guests! She was very professional throughout the whole day, but more importantly was good fun and made the whole experience enjoyable. On looking at our photos after the day, we were both delighted with how they came out. The reportage style meant that we have a nice timeline of our day, as well as some lovely group shots of our friends and family. The difficulty came in choosing which ones to put in our album! Our venue are now keen to use her photos for their brochure and have invited her to their next wedding event. Claire was our photographer for our wedding at Rufflets in St Andrews in June and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. My husband and I live in Australia but were returning to Scotland to get married. Claire was so helpful during the planning stage in answering my many emails and giving us her advice based on her experience. Claire was also prompt to respond which is a huge help when planning a wedding and being up against a time difference and having to email back and forward. Claire also made a trip to meet us a few days before the wedding once we arrived back in Scotland just to give us all the opportunity to meet! On the wedding day you hardly noticed Claire's presence. When we seen the photos we were just blown away with them. They captured the day perfectly! It means so much to us not only because of the wedding but because we live abroad now whilst family and friends are still in Scotland. Post wedding Claire provided copies of the photos online very quickly (considering how busy she is) and the USB was delivered in lovely packaging slightly later. She has continued to be a fantastic help with us organising our album, which we have just recently received. The quality and attention to detail is a high calibre. From our first meeting we met Claire we found her to be very professional and made us feel at ease. Claire made us both feel very relaxed, and eased us into the photo scene during our pre wedding shoot, this made it much easier on our wedding day. Fantastic, clear pictures and good quality paper and album. Claire was like a guest at our wedding and seemed more like a good friend taking our photos making it very easy for us and our guests to want their photos taken. STUNNING photos, so so pleased. Quick too considering how booming her business must be! Claire, you are Extremely talented. I know some stuff about photography myself, and If I one day became half as good a photographer as her I'd be walking on air! Claire did an amazing job with our wedding photos. We were both very camera shy, but Claire had us relaxed and took our requests for fun photos. The pictures themselves are fantastic quality. She captured our day perfectly; showing all the highs and lows and every emotion. When it came to picking photos, Claire couldn't have been more helpful. Our photos were available within 2 weeks-much faster service than I expected but without any loss in Claire's high standard. I can't thank Claire enough and would highly recommend her to everyone I know.

My wife and I hired Claire to be our wedding photographer after seeing her work on the web, reading reviews of her work and then meeting her in person. We have nothing but the highest praise for Claire and her work and would thoroughly recommend her as a wedding photographer. About 2 months before the wedding we met up with Claire for a pre-wedding photoshoot, which was part of the package we had bought. Claire put us at ease and took some great, natural shots of us in the grounds of our wedding venue, Prestonfield House in Edinburgh. On the wedding day itself (in February 2014) Claire attended the house where my fiancée was getting ready to take some pictures of the preparations, and then she travelled to the venue to take pictures of the guests arriving, the bride arriving, the ceremony, some formal family shots, the drinks reception and speeches. Claire was at all times friendly, cheery and helpful. She appreciated the issues relating to the mobility of some of our guests and organised the pictures in an order so folk were not left standing around for ages. She took several hundred pictures and stayed much longer than we had asked or expected her to, hopefully because she was having fun at the wedding too. She unobtrusively hung out at the drinks reception and took many superb natural shots of our guests in conversation or laughing and enjoying themselves. The photos are superb, worth every penny. We have a magic array of really, truly wonderful pictures to choose from to place in the album we have ordered as part of our package, the only problem is going to be deciding which ones to put in! Claire has been at all times clear with us about prices, organisation and what we needed to tell her and what the latest was with our photos as they were being sorted ready to be released to us. The pictures she shared first on her blog and then through the 'client area' of her web site which we were able to share with others, have received universal praise from all parties. We are so chuffed with our wedding pictures and will treasure them forever. Honestly, we could not recommend Claire highly enough. Look no further for your wedding photographer. Claire did a mini-portrait session with my (baby) son and I, she was very friendly and made us feel so comfortable. I'm delighted with the photos, they're very natural and bright, and capture my wee boy beautifully.
