The instructors here are all friendly, extremely experienced and knowledgeable: they ensure each session is fun, enjoyable, focussed and inclusive regardless of your previous experience or current ability. There's also a good social scene. Afterwards, we usually repair to a nearby pub for a few well earned refreshments. .

This club has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the classes are enjoyable and stimulating as well as a good way to keep fit.
