If monthly cost is important to your business budget, we can either provide a bespoke quotation, or set up a monthly fixed payment amount for your card payment machine, price based solely on your businesses turnover, so no surprises, no additional costs, just one set direct debit payment per month on a 30 day rolling agreement.
All credit card machines supplied by City Networks Merchant Services include a full maintenance support package.
Our dedicated UK based help desk team of specialists are experienced at remote terminal and Epos diagnostics in accepting card payments. In the unlikely event that a fault cannot be rectified remotely, we will arrange for a replacement terminal to be dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible in order to minimise disruption to your business.

I have had a card machine with City Networks for over a year and never had any problems until today when one of our drivers reversed over our card terminal and broke it. I called City Networks and they immediately gave me a temporary payment link so I could still take payments for the rest of the day and not loose any business. I have used this company now for card machines at both my different businesses and City Networks really does deserve a positive review today. I ALWAYS get my money the next day, even on Christmas Day I received my money from Christmas Eve transactions. They always check in to check I’m happy with everything and solid hardware that can take a knock or two at either my busy repair workshop, car service garage or even when the card machine is loose rattles around our van we are always able to take payments any time of day. If you want to take card payments, City Networks card machines and service come highly recommended.
