We have been using Citikiti cat care for over ten years. I wouldn't use any other cat care service. Booking is straight forward and requests for visits dealt with promptly. We have the same carers each time so the cats get to know them really well. We have never been let down - the visits always happen reliably and on time. I have utmost confidence in Citikiti and cannot recomend them highly enough.

We've been using Citikiti for a year and are really happy with the kind, caring and professional service they provide. Sabina and Jane have both done a really excellent job when looking after our 2 cats - it's always so reassuring to go away knowing that we are leaving them in such capable hands.

I've used CitiKiti for the past 4 years and every sitter has been exceptionally dedicated. Special thanks to Viv this past 18 months! Charlie has also been very accommodating for last-minute requests and really worked with us to find a solution for taking good care of our 2 cats during our 3 1/2 week honeymoon without breaking our bank. Really professional and caring team.

A friend of ours recommended Citi Kiti for our two cats, one who’s recovering from a fractured foot, for when we had a short break over the weekend. They were looked after by Lesley who warmed to her so quickly. Lesley gave us updates on Basil and Garibaldi when we left and on our return, which was a great relief as this was the first time we had used a cat sitter and weren’t sure if they’d all get on – which they did! I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for people that really care for cats and want to have a break without any worry.

Cat Care London were recommended to me by a friend, I was quite nervous as I had never used anyone other than family or friends to look after my cat before. As soon as I contacted them, my mind was put at ease. The whole process was so easy and the lovely Rodney who looked after my cat was amazing, he sent regular updates and photos which was really appreciated and lovingly received whilst on my holiday. They all really love animals and this shows at every step of the way. Do not hesitate to use Cat Care London, you won’t be disappointed! I have already booked them again!

Rebecca from Cat Care London looked after our two cats, Flo and Ivy, when we went on holiday to France for a week. We were incredibly happy with the service that we received - she kept in regular contact with us to let us know how the cats were doing, sent us photos, and even emailed us a little diary of their week when we returned. I will definitely be using Cat Care London again in the future when we go away and would recommend.

I've used Cat Care's services for more than a year (appx twice a month) and I have to say I'm extremely pleased with how well the cat sitter Pia takes care of my cat Max. Pia would always let me know what Max is up to, what he likes to play with, if he had a good appetite and also send a photo of my little darling! I never need to worry when I go away and leave Max in Pia's care. Highly recommended, don't hesitate to employ Cat Care!

Karen was amazing looking after our nervous Bengal cat this weekend and we were really impressed by how easy and efficient Cat Care was. I can't recommend Cat Care enough. It was very easy to arrange, no hassle exchanging keys and great value for money. We also and had regular updates from the fantastic Cathy our Cat Carer, while we were away and she also left a lovely card for us. 100% would use again.

Sabina looked after our 2 kittens while we were away. She emailed pictures of them playing and relaxing with her so we knew they were in good hands. Most importantly, the kittens clearly did not miss us. I hope to use them again in the future. Thank-you for taking such good care of them :).

I have been using their services for a year now and they are great! They have always been available and helpful even on very short notice. I always got updates with pictures while I was away and was always relieved to see my 2 cats with a very relaxed and happy face!

We had Rodney looking after our 3 year old Pascal while we were away on Christmas break. I can not recommend him enough! We received very detailed text on day 1 reassuring us that all is fine and Pascal looked really happy and very well looked after when we got back. In regards to the company - the whole process was very fast and efficient. Will be using their services again!

I was very worried about leaving my two kittens alone for the first time over Christmas. I found Cat Care very thorough and professional when I contacted them and couldn't have been happier with our carer Cathy. Cathy clearly loves animals and she sent me regular updates about the kittens. She even bought them a christmas present which was very sweet. Livia.

Karen Juffermans has just looked after my two cats Ouzo and Fix for just over 5 days and she was great , she texted me everyday with an update of how my cats where, they obviously where shy at first as they where rescue cats and haven't seen many people apart from myself my mum and my boyfriend, but after a few days let Karen stoke and play with them. , very pleased with service , will definitely have Karen to look after them again in the future later in 2015. Karen has just looked after Ouzo and fix once again for me while I was away in Greece and they really seem to love Karen and have gained confidence with someone else after they where very shy and timid and where originally rescue cats ,so happy they where looked after so well ,and recommend cat care 100%.

My cat Tigger was looked after so well while I was away, by Sue from CCL, who kept me informed by text, took photos of him on her lap and made sure he was happy and fed every day. I would definitely recommend this service as I felt I had no worries about my cat while I was on holiday. I will use them again as I think cats are happier in their own environment, and I feel confident my pet is in good hands.

Cat Care is a very professional company. I was scared of leaving my cat alone for the first time for four days but when I met Cathy, I knew that Bunny was going to be safe and happy! I will definitely call them again! Simona.

The cat sitter from Cat Care London gave exemplary care to our cats Tybalt and Mercutio. It is never easy to leave your cats in the care of another, but after the meeting we knew that they would receive attentive and professional care in out absence. We were very pleased that they not only took to the carer right away (a cat always knows a friend! ) but also continued to thrive during the daily/twice daily visits. We only need to look at the picture diary to know that they were very happy, and probably somewhat spoiled cats (their preferred state). We also had a great peace-of-mind knowing that the mail and plants were taken care of as well as rotating the lights at night throughout our absence. We look highly recommend Cat Care London!
