I was very pleased with Callum who came to service my boiler. He was polite and considerate and left everything clean and tidy. He also gave me advice about anything that might need doing in the next year. I had my boiler installed by citigas a number of years ago, as well as a wet room, I would recommend them.

Fortunately I haven't had to use Citigas for a while now but when we wanted to upgrade the radiator in the conservatory they were both helpful and efficient. I would recommend them as they have done earlier work for both myself and my familt.

The engineer was great, got on with the job he was brill. Was originally given time between 12 and 5, when I rang at 3. 30 to see if I had been forgotten and was told that it would be 4 ish, could hae been told that earlier though instead of waiting all afternoon from 12 o'clock.

He arrived on time with no fuss and got on with the service of my Worchester boiler. Fast and efficient he even refused a mug of tea so he could get on with the job. Highly recommended city gas. We had a boiler installation and complete bathroom fitted, always on time and very professional. They did an outstanding job.

We had a bird trapped behind our gas fire. Contacted Cities, who were here within the hour. The engineer removed the fire, released the bird, and reinstated the fire in under an hour. The service we received can only be described as fantastic, and will certainly use this company again.

We called out Citigas in an emergency a couple of months ago to fix a leak in the toilet. We were happy with the service we were provided and the drip was fixed. Fast forward to now, and we have the same drip, called the emergency line like before. The lady on the line wasn't the politest to say the least, the earliest they could get someone out was a week and a half! I said I thought this was an emergency call out service, her reply- it's for heating not drips! Hmm so how come they came out last time for a drip? False information then on their website when they say…. "whether it's a failed boiler, dripping tap. Leaking valve"…. "give us a call and we'll be with you to get you sorted!" Not the case is it? Was very pleased with new fire and surround, engineers were very polite and professional and did an excellent job and tidied up afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend Citigas to all my friends and family.

We rang as an emergency to fix a water leak, which was gushing out of one of the pipes in our extension. They were prompt, efficient, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. The man who came arrived early. He was very professional, genuine and friendly and even gave us further advice on how to prevent the problem. Fixed our water leak, good price and got our downstairs toilet working normally again. We payed £65, no extra charge.

I rang Citigas Emergency Gas Services to repair my boiler as I had no heat nor hot water. They responded very quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. They arrived the same afternoon and repaired my boiler within 20 minutes. Thank you Citigas and keep up the excellent work.
