I had the worst experience ever with this company, particularly Tony Neilson. They lack communication skills and are unprofessional. Firstly, within a week of dealing with Tony Neilson I wanted to cease any business with them. But was told by Tony Neilson that due to party wall regulations I had to continue. Once the 'Party Wall Agreement' had been completed I couldn't get through to him anymore, he wouldn't return my calls or respond to my emails. Now they've in fact changed their company name. They aren't registered with any governing Bodies, eg RICS so can't be reported for their incompetence and failures. Now I have no recourse and my property has been damaged by the owner/ builders next door. I live on a street of victorian terraced houses and they all have cellars. The house next door was purchased & new owner is completely refurbishing the property and adding a rear ground floor extension & dormer loft extension. Nevertheless, the builders left the sewage uncapped for weeks after extending sewage pipes due to ground floor rear extension. The stench was bad enough coming from the garden but rats infested my home and ate the electrical wiring causing £2000 worth of electrical damage. Also damage to floorboards and skirtings, holes the size of a fist, which now have to be replaced. We were without electricity for an entire month and had to move out of our home temporarily. We lived on takeaways food etc couldn't even make a cup of tea for days & weeks! Lost all our food in chest freezer and fridge freezer too! We have lived in our home for 41 years and never had an issue with rats EVER until next door digging up the sewage pipes and leaving it uncapped for weeks! As anyone knows rats are notoriously connected with sewage! As the property is unoccupied & is basically a building site. Rats invaded my home and ruined our lives! I regret the day I appointed Christopher Anthony surveyors & Tony Neilson. This whole entire process has been my worst nightmare!Moreexpand_more

Chris was superb (after a bad experience with a previous provider). Helpful throughout, clear and concise with his advice, and explained what was happening from start to finish in simple terms - particularly good if you've never been through the process before.
