Christian James Associates Ltd (CJA) is a well established company formed in 2009 that has built up an enviable reputation in providing on going health and safety support to small to medium sized businesses throughout the North East of England from their offices near Sunderland.

Consultant Profile.

H&S Consultant and CDM Consultant / Principal Designer Advisor providing both CDM and H&S support to Clients from a varying range of sectors. Christian has delivered CDM Consultant services on numerous Projects ranging from 30k demolitions/refurbishments to 70 million new College Builds and has delivered H&S support including audits, bespoke policies and procedures to many clients reflecting their companies own special requirements and needs.

Christian is a Certified Member of the Association of Project Safety (CMaPS) ensuring competence as set by the CDM 2015 Regulations.
He is also a member of International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM) and has a Diploma in Safety Management (DipSM).

Health and Safety Advisers / Competent Person Service.

This service is offered on a retainer basis to those SME's that don't have the necessary expertise to meet their duties under the MHSWR 1999.

CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer Advisor.

CJA's CDM Consultant / PD Advisor service has a proven track record in providing advice and support to PD's and Clients with discharging their duties under CDM 2015, offering a holistic approach to project safety planning whilst adding value CJA goes beyond the core requirements of the CDM Advisor role.

Fire Risk Assessment.

CJA's FRA's reduce the risk of a fire occurring whilst ensuring appropriate protection to staff and visitors and compliance with the Regulatory Reform(Fire Safety)Order 2005 Other Services.
