Absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. This company went over and beyond, it was proofread by a subject specialist (no other company would offer this) it was turned around in 8 days rather than 12 days and I got updates every couple days. Once I was happy with it, I then got a amended ‘clean’ copy to hand in so I didn’t have to do any more work. English is not my first language and I have been using Christal Clear Proofreading service for quite a few times. The proofreaders have very subtle editing skills. They can polish up your work without changing too much your original ideas. Obviously, there will be a grade boost afterwards. There are lots of proofreading companies that would offer you a so-called 'satisfaction guaranteed service', yet Christal Clear is the only one who is actually willing to go through all your questions/confusions after the initial editing, among all the companies I tried out, so far. You can either call or email them, they're always available to answer your questions. I would no doubt use their service again in the future!
