The massages are performed on a floor level set-up, enabling you to feel more relaxed and comfortable, with heat beneath you.

I've never had a massage before, but found it really relaxing. Chris was friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at ease. He managed to massage my feet without triggering my ticklishness (I've no idea how! ) and afterwards I felt quite heavy and chilled out.
