Chris was excellent from the first contact to having mended my son's laptop. Professional, friendly and helpful. He was recommended through someone else and I'm so glad. He collected and dropped back the laptop as part of his service and it was all sorted very quickly. Would highly recommend him. Fair pricing and reliable. Won't to hesistate to use him again if need to.

From an initial enquiry to supplying and installing a new PC and transferring all the data etc was less than a week; Chris coped cheerfully with all my self-induced problems along the way - lost passwords and the like and general lack of IT expertise. "No question is a daft question" he kindly said! And all for a reasonable price. I would award six stars if I could!

I used Chris for a number of years when living in West Sussex. I now live in New Zealand and still use Chris. In spite of the time zone difference he continues to give me exemplary and cost effective service. For which I am more than grateful.

Chris supplied and set up my replacement laptop for me today. I am totally delighted with what he selected for me, which suits my requirements perfectly. He was so quick, informative and professional. He also assured me that if I had any issues he could log in remotely and sort them out for me. Chris visited me at home at short notice and set a new laptop and updated 2 other some months ago. Last week I was really stuck and unable to work due to a hardware connection problem. Chris got into my computer and with the patients that I could only dream of sorted it in half hour. Great service good price.

Chris is my go to person for all my computer woes and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has just supplied me with a new desktop as my old Laptop was starting to cause me grief. He set it up and transferred all the data to the new desk top and made sure all was working satisfactorily be for he left. .

Having had all sorts of problems in setting up a new printer I called Chris, who had helped in setting upmy system several years ago. Having diagnosed the problem remotely he decided it needed a viisit to my home. He was there within a matter of minutes and solved the problems with within an hour or so of my first contacting him. I would not hesitate to recommend his excellent service at a reasonable fee, Thanks again Chris.

My computer blew up, found Chris on the internet he came round about 3 hours later and replaced parts and gently suggested a new computer would be advisable. We discussed what I needed and a week latter he came and transferred all my data to the new one. I found him helpful constructive and not pushy.

I phoned Chris this morning as I needed quick help with an SSD backup as my laptop was about to be collected for off-site warranty repair. I live in the area and he happened to be in the village nearby so in 15 minutes he arrived and took the the SSD with him. He made sure to start the backup process straight away and it was indeed ready in the afternoon. He was very friendly and helpful, I felt like my problem was addressed with the same efficiency and care as if it was his own. Fantastic service at an affordable price, I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I had a problem recently when I spilt some liquid on my desktop PC. I contacted Chris and he came out later that day as I live fairly close. He took the unit away and by lunch time phoned to say that all was OK. To cut a long storey short he has been fantastic sorting the problem out and another problem with the Wi-Fi in the house. If you have a problem with computers or electronics give him a call. Great bloke who knows what he is talking about.

Health Check on old slow laptop, Held one and a half hour online and phone session. Lots of very good advice given and taken. Cleaned off a number of applications which I will no longer have to renew or pay for. Overall performance of my laptop greatly improved as a result of the session. Would very highly recommend Chris's services.

Just upgraded my ancient office system with Chris and he is now my go to man for any computer upgrades etc ordered my system and Chris installed it and copied all my data over and set up printer and sorted out my email and everything I needed to carry on running my business. Fast,efficient, friendly and knowledgeable definitely a 5 start service .

Called Chris based on a friends recommendation to commission a new computer. He asked goo, pertinent questions on the phone, instilling confidence that he knows the score. He was able to arrange a house visit on my timescale and added a lot of information through a running dialog as he set the system up Totally satisfied with his work and ability.
