Established in 2004 the practice aims to provide a more personal service than larger practices in the area.

CAD provided me with an excellent service and undertook a through survey of the existing property before producing scheme drawings for the proposed alterations. They also undertook the tendering of the work which resulted in a good value for money quote and also the applications for planning consent and building regulations approval. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning alterations and extensions to existing buildings and was particularly pleased with some of the materials and details they suggested.
