Absolute joy to buy from - Donna was most helpful in aiding us to choose our worktop, was highly attentive to the details of our spec and gave us options to consider that best optimised slab usage (ie cost! ). Darren matched her too, when templating and fitting - making sure he fully appreciated what we preferred. Cannot fault the outcome!

This company is absolutely excellent, from start to finish, Donna helped to choose the right products, the fitters were professional and polite, also did a great job as there were some issues that came up. Would recommend them all day long, great value, great products and superb customer service.

We were exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Cheshire Granite Worktops. We required a specific worktop that Donna had in stock and was able to provide with measurements provided. As we live out of the area all communication was either by email or telephone and nothing was too much trouble even keeping it several months until we were ready to collect it. We have recently purchased worktops from Cheshire Granite Worktops and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. Donna has been amazing right from the first time we spoke to her. We did a lot of research for our worktops as we wanted something quite specific. We wanted the calacata design, however not the standard look. We didn't want the veining to be just grey or too busy. Due to the size of our island we also needed a 3m by 1. 3m slab, so not standard size. Donna was so good and went out of her way to find us exactly what we were looking for. She invited us into her cosy showroom and showed us a few options. Her prices were also very competitive. Donna asked us to revisit the showroom with our kitchen door colours to ensure that the worktop would match. This is very important as you may like a worktop but the colour tones may not compliment your kitchen cupboards. She was always happy to talk whenever we had a question, we had lots! The worktops arrived ahead of schedule and as our build was delayed Donna was very patient with us. When it came to fitting Darren did an fantastic job, we could tell he had a lot of experience and gave us some great advise and design tips. We were so happy with the attention to detail on our splashback, Darren was able to match through the veins so well. Cannot fault. Felt comfortable and confident with Donna from the start. Excellent job and finished before expected time.

How good their actual work is I am unable to say because they would not finish the job. What I can say is they quoted me, took 50% deposit, came to my home for a morning to template then refused to do the job. This was in October 2018. Their excuses ranged from worried I would not pay to worried I am too fussy. They have no concept of a contract or the commitment to complete something they have started. There was a high cost for me and my family to pay for my mistake in using this company.

Cheshire Granite were extremely helpful to meet our needs and provided a great service. The installation was implemented with great finesse and efficiently. We would certainly recommend.

I spent a significant amount of time researching granite tops for our new kitchen. Having visited a number of showrooms the decision to work with CGW was based around being confident in their product and service and not simply on price. In my initial consultation Donna provided really clear and helpful advice on the options that would work best for our kitchen and our personal preference. The whole process was informative and simple. On the run up to the installation CWG maintained contact with me and communicated regularly which ensured all went well. The process of making the template and installation was fantastic. The lads were extremely polite and helpful. The turnaround from template to install was only 3 days and CWG were more than happy to work with times that were convenient for us. The finished product looks outstanding! The quality of workmanship is excellent and we are completely satisfied with our worktops. Much of the work we have done in our extension has been reliant on recommendations. As a result I completely understand the value attached to having a trade or company recommended and I would wholeheartedly recommend Cheshire Granite Worktops without any reservation at all.
