Bought a coop from Jeff for home delivery. Paid £26 for the delivery. Then contacted by Jeff to say home delivery would be 2 months. He informed me he had some in stock and would refund the £26 delivery charge if I collected. Collected as agreed and asked about refund was told he was having problems and was locked out of pay pal. Some days later sent me £3. 50. Contacted him and was given a sob story as why he could not refund in full. Will take up with pay pal. Avoid con man.
Response : MIchael bought a coop for delivery in 2 months time, I offered one I had in stock for him to collect, I said I would refund the difference in the stocked coop and the delivered one. Michael booked appointment, did not turn up and wasted my time, then booked another appointment, then changes appointment time, then turned up at a completely different time. Avoid this customer he is incompetent, cant understand what is said to him an is obviously a trouble maker.
