I took my hi-fi unit into the store on the 23rd of March 2017. Receipt states that diagnosis of problems takes 7 days. No communication after 7 days so sent a fb message and was advised they were busy. I suggested that if they were snowed under I could collect it. I went down to shop to get clarification because they never answer the phone. I politely questioned why nobody got back to me in the time stated and was met with the guy becoming huffy and saying he didnt want my business. I arranged to collect later on in the week because it was in bits appaprently but then get a message later on in the week to say they could do the job and it would take 14 days. From then on I have had to go to store on 3 more occasions to check status only to be told at the beginning of july that they cannot repair. I've been a customer for a while. I've had a few items in for repair, and I've also bought a number of products for my home and business. The staff are very knowledgeable. They take the time to help you, and can advise you on exactly what it is you need, even if you're not quite sure yourself. The costs of repairs are reasonable, and the products sold in the shop are also good value.
Absolutely awful! I brought a faulty item in for repair, it would had took about 20-30 mins to do it at most, even I could have done it, but I don't have the right equipment. The guy took it, and told me it will take about a week, because they're really busy. It took 11 weeks to get it back! I've been to the "shop" for several times, it was shut all the time, tried to phone them, ONONE cares to answer the phone. The icing on the cake is that even after three months they gave it back without even touching it, it's still broken, and is in the state where it was when they took it in. AVOID THEM BY ANY MEANS.
