Celtic Quest are Pembrokeshire's only mobile activity centre, dedicated to Coasteering.

Coasteering is an awesome family activity. Min age is 8yrs. Celtic Quest specialise in tailoring the sessions to suit a clients abilities and needs.
Non-swimmers, small groups and individuals are welcome.
Coasteering - Some call it extreme rock pooling, others describe Coasteering as all the things mum said not to do at the beach. Basically exploring the coast at sea level, scramble climbing and rock hopping. When the rocks run out or just for fun, jump in. Various water features like the washing machine, toilet flush and tumble drier give one a taste of the oceans power.
Participants define their own personal limits. All aspects of a session are optional. If some of the group don't like the look of the 'washing machine' or the big cliff jumps, they can easily avoid them by floating or traversing around them.
Choices - an extreme, adrenalin rush taking one to the edge and beyond or and a gentle safari, or a combination of both.

Not really knowing much about coasteering before hand I was not really sure what to expect from the day. To be honest I thought it would be a little lame! But wow was I wrong. Coasteering with these guys was amazing and far more enjoyable than I ever could have imagined. The cliff jumps look much higher in really life than they do in their youtube videos :DFor the price you pay I would say you get for more for your money than other similar outdoors activities. Just remember to take some cash for some fish and chips on the way home, you'll need it! :D.

I had a great experience with CQC on my holiday to the UK. Jordan & cleo are fantastic leaders and really seem to enjoy their work (which is totally infectious for the participants). They challenge you to do extra than you might normally, but are very respectful of your own personal limits as well. My CQC experience was easily a major highlight of my trip -- and jordan even helped me fix a flat tire on my hired car long after the activity had ended. Very highly recommended!
