Very Kind, talkative yet efficient in cleaning our carpet. We had an incidence with our fridge freezer breaking and unfrozen chicken and fish defrosting on our floor (long story ). Richard was very considerate and reassuring about the situation and killed the bacteria, removed the stains and awful aroma! Our flat now looks untraceable of any stains and has a lovely floral fresh scent to it. Would definitely recommend Richard, he was professional, attentive and methodical in his work.

I can see why Richard has so many 5 stars, He did a fantastic job on my carpets, the price he quoted was the price I paid even when he moved the settee and found a large stain he removed it and did not charge any extra when he was finished he made sure I was happy before I paid anything. Great service and a friendly helpful guy too…a 5 from me and will definitely use him again.

Top notch experience with these guys! In addition to doing an amazing job on our two couches they were also super fast and really nice. Fit me in at the end of their day and came right when I needed it. On my day off within 10 minutes of me speaking with them. Fantastic clean rug. It had greasy stuff and animal urine from someone who stayed with me. Cream colour rug, beautiful now.

I called Richard with a small 'emergency'. Within a few minutes, an appointment was book for the following morning. He arrived exactly on time, reassured us that his process and products were children, pet and carpet friendly. He was an absolute gentleman. In our circumstances, the task was completed in 20 mins. Not only are my carpets and upholstery spotlessly clean, but it is also great to know you’ve used only ‘green’ Anti-Allergen cleaning products that are safe for my children and pets.

Well I couldn't have asked for more. Richard arrived at 8am on the dot on Sunday morning in order to fit in with my urgent request. He provided a super efficient service, moving all furniture in order to clean every nook and cranny, without charging any hidden extras. He paid close attention to the various long standing, deeply ingrained stains (of indeterminate nature). So I'm now sat here with squeaky clean, fresh smelling carpets. I couldn't be happier. Such a friendly person, offering the maximum in terms of professionalism. It goes without saying, I would recommend him 100%!
