Very friendly and professional. Great level of service: Came in to give me a quote and diligently went through all the diagnostics for my broadband speed (eventually concluded fault was outside my flat). Stellar job in installing new socket and touching up some loose cables. Great guy, I will use this service again in the future, no hesitation.
Repaired incoming phone socket, tidied up messy wiring and increased our broadband speed. Telephoned Friday 7pm, job completed by Midday Saturday. All done with friendliness and professionalism.
Prompt response to my query and Chris said he knew the equipment we have. He quoted a charge for coming and inspecting and making good - obviously if new equipment or extra work was required this would be extra. He came on time and did a full inspection. He could have said the box was beyond repair and a replacement required but was completely honest and it was the extra line at fault - the Virgin engineer had assured us the line was ok to the box and the box was at fault. A new line was fitted and the system set up and checked.
