Arrived home from a weekend away to find boiler not working. Causeway sent an engineer the following morning, Identified a very old boiler and its problems and they fitted a brand new boiler the following day in less than five hours. - Excellent service and excellent value.

I asked for a quote for a new boiler in the morning Ray arrived same afternoon. Boiler was fitted the next day by a very nice and competent young man. Price was good compared to other firms and service was excellent. The boiler works well so what more could anyone want. Well done Causeway.

After many failed attempts by other firms to fix numerous leaks on our old boiler we decided to replace it. We requested a quote from Causeway Heating via the official Worcester website (accredited firms). Ray was the first to be in touch and attended on a Sunday to provide a quote. We decided to choose Causeway Heating to replace our boiler and were so glad we did, they attended when they said they would, completed all work within a day and even provided additional assistance with a separate issue we had with our shower. We can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Ray and his team and would recommend their services to anyone!

What a wonderful team. Today we noticed a leak on the stop tap. After leaving Ray a voice mail message in a panic, he arrived at our house less than 10 minutes later and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Now that's what I call service. We first met Ray a year ago when he successfully sorted out problems with our complicated heating system when other companies would not touch it due to it being a light commercial boiler. Ray and his team have proved to be very knowledgeable and reliable. Thank you.

Can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Ray and team. Our (very) old boiler died late on a Friday night. I called the office early Saturday morning and had someone looking at the boiler an hour later. I asked for a quote to replace (no pushy sales) and Monday morning we had Chris installing a brand new boiler, he stayed late to ensure the job was done and the kids could have a bath again! All in all I would recommend to anyone.

I have used causeway heating services several times over many years; from their installation of central heating systems, servicing, boiler repair and maintenance. And I am writing this, simply because, not enough people these days will spend the time to say "thanks well done! " if they receive a good service but they are too happy to tell everyone if they are disappointed. On each and every occasion that I have had contact with the company I have found them friendly, easy to approach, yet businesslike, professional and highly informative. From my first point of contact which was by phone to the office staff, they were helpful but most of all they ensured that I received a prompt and efficient visit, the people who come to do the work are smartly turned out and are NOT messy workers, again they too are approachable and all seem to be highly trained in their field yet they explained my questions in terms that the layman can easily understand. I have found them always to be prompt, efficient, clean working, trustworthy and they give a quality service, they are competitively priced and extremely good value for money. As I get older, peace of mind these days is highly important to me. I know when I phone causeway heating services that i'm getting a good job done and I don't have to worry about the quality of the parts they use or their skills or am I being over-charged, or about are they going to arrive when they say they will". My son was hanging a picture for me and put a nail through the gas pipe, so I started calling gas engineers and what a joke till I spoke to CAUSEWAY HEATING SERVICE. I would just like to say a big thank you to Ray can not believe there is some really dodgy firms out there I was getting quoted £129. 00 plus VAT before they even let me tell them what the problem was. Ray was with us within the hour on the weekend before Christmas he came out had a look new it was going to be a big job and would have to come back the following day, he didn't even charge us for coming out and spending an hour to see what he would have to do the following day. (SUNDAY) and he did. He then completed all the work within 2 hours I am over the moon with Ray and this company if you need a real person and not a cowboy firm this is the company to call THANK YOU RAY YOUR GREAT. He also offered to hang my picture when he complete the job how nice is that.

We have jst had a new boiler fitted off causeway heating and I feel I must right a review to show my gratitude towards them my old boiler broke down at the worst possible time and a friend informed me off causeway straight from the word go the service was quick professional and great value from Liam in the office to ray who came and sorted everything for me to the lads who fit the boiler it was a pleasure and I would highly recommend there services to any1 who's in need 10out of 10 well done guys.

Be ware of valiant! These people have just so called serviced my boiler after it was running perfectly well, To developing a F. 75 pressure problem, So I phoned up to tell them about it, And basically got brushed of with. Get in touch with the people that installed it, To which I thought were all part of the same team? . Even after I told them it was still under guarantee? They were not really bothered? . Thank god for Ray at causeway heating! I phoned him on the Saturday and he was round Within 1/2 hour and is now sorting things out for me…Be wary of valiant boilers they will take your money quick enough! Spoke to Ray about a new boiler on Sunday and had it fitted today (wednesday) while I was at work. Fantastic, quick, professional service from Ray and the two lads who fitted the boiler. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Who do you trust today? There are so many scare stories involving rogue traders. Fortunately for us we were recommended to try Causeway Heating for advice about a new combination boiler and were delighted that we did. Ray, the owner, visited us first to conduct a survey and offer advice and guidance - he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly - and once the quotation was accepted, an installation date was agreed. This was very prompt. The installation team - Lee and Darren - arrived promptly on the agreed date and proved to be efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and very clean. They worked really hard and by the end of the first day our new boiler was up and running. Ray called round to check on progress and arranged for a technical engineer to visit us the following morning to set up the wifi enabled boiler on our mobile phone and train us how to operate it. The team returned promptly the following morning to fit thermostats to our existing radiators, check that all had worked well and to provide us with our training. We have no hesitation at all in recommending this company. Every aspect of the experience and service was exemplary and we will not hesitate to use them again. Stop cock was leaking on a Saturday evening! Ray came out within the hour and although the job wasn't as straight forward as we thought he stayed until he had completely fixed the problem - even though this meant a great deal ofunexpected work on his behalf. Can't fault his professionalism, attitude and value. Definitely will be using again and recommending.

Partner drilled a hole through gas pipe in kitchen on a Saturday evening! Causeway heating was very quick, efficient, good priced and friendly. Any accidents or work we need doing again will definitely be done by these guys. Can't reccomend enough!

Leaking shower which could not be repaired so new one fitted- This is the first time we have used Causeway Heating Services and we will certainly be using them again when needed. I cannot praise them enough, everyone in the company that I dealt with were so polite, friendly, helpful and respectful. The job was done to an extremely high standard with no mess, great price and everything was fully explained. It is rare these days to find such a reliable, professional and friendly company as these.
