I took my crossbreed schnauzer yesterday to have a trim and he's come out a different dog! They have hacked off all his schnauzer features when I booked on the phone I told them he was a schnauzer crossbreed and I want a schnauzer cut my partner collected my dog because I have had him cut by catwalk before no problems. I contacted them today to complain however the customer service I was given was disgusting the lady who was actually the person who cut my dog was so rude she blamed me for not making it clear the cut I wanted she then replied what did I want I advised I wasn't calling to get anyone in trouble just feedback for maybe training in cutting different breeds she taken it very personally and I ended up hanging up.

As you said yourself on the phone that you work in customer services and customer is always right we do believe that we have successfully cut your dog previously 9 months ago(last appointment)and believe that for you to return again, your dog was groomed to meet your expectations. We have a client base of over 2700 dogs and it is extremely rare such occasions as these occur.
We are happy to give your dog his schnauzer face, I myself cut your dog 9 months ago and probably would have done the same if I was unclear of the style you required with your dog being a cross breed.
