Fil did an excellent job of looking after my cat for the bank holiday weekend. She stayed in touch with photos and updates. Came home to a relaxed and happy cat. Thanks Fil! Highly recommended.

Fil looked my 2 17 week old kittens, they are quite nervous as they have not had contact with other people due to lockdown so I was a bit wary of leaving them, I had no need to worry! Fil was brilliant, they came down everyday, had their photos taken so I could see they were fine. Will definitely be using again! Thank you Fil! Xx.

Fil looked after our three cats when we went away. Was very nervous about leaving them but shouldn't have been. Our three are all rescued so have quirks but that didn't phase Fil, she even got to stroke our incredibly timid one. I would 100% recommend her to anyone, our cats will never go to a cattery again. Having a cat that cannot be picked up or put in to a basket and very temperamental, I had to try and find someone that could come to us and began my online search. The reviews for Fil were fantastic so arranged to meet her and no one else. So glad we did. She's lovely and put our minds at rest about leaving our cat. She spends time with her on her visits and I swear the cat is disappointed when we get home. Highly recommended.

We have always used a cattery for Louie and they have always been wonderful with him. But now in his twilight years and with a kidney problem, Louie finds it stressful leaving the comfort of his home. We found an ideal solution with Fil. She messages me as soon as she has made her visits and follows up with photos on Facebook which is very reassuring. Fil came highly recommended from a work colleague and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.

We are fairly new to the area and didn't want to impose on new neighbours for cat care. The local cattery was excellent over our move period but cat wasn't happy. Found Fil's website and reviews; problem solved. She was able to provide morning and/or evening visits and gave us updates each time so we had no worries whilst away. Great communication and service, will use again and recommend, thanks Fil.

Our daughter used Fil's service and recommended her to us. She clearly likes and respects cats and we were most impressed when the older of our two cats came running across the garden, tail high and miaowing, to greet her when she came round to return our key while we were enjoying a cuppa on the patio. She has now looked after our cats on several occasions and we leave them secure in the knowledge they will be well cared for.

I cant praise Fil enough. She knew I was nervous leaving my cat Atticus alone, so she sent me regular messages and photos to reassure me all was OK. The cat I worried so much about was clearly enjoying his new friends company and wasn't missing me in the least! In addition to the excellent cat and owner care, Fil left my place clean and tidy and as as my cat is a messy eater I suspect she even swept up. I will definitely be using Catsalone again.

Fil looked after my two cats Bonnie and Coal while I was away for the week, and although my cats we're a little poorly before I went away, Fil looked out for them and when I came back they we're happy as ever! It's great value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again, they we're in great hands. I also loved my updates while I was away. Thank you Fil!

Fil has looked after our cats on a number of occasions now and has been great each time. We especially like getting the photo updates so that we can see that they are ok!

After the cattery we previously used closed down, my boyfriend and I were in a panic as to who would look after our shy and ageing cat, Baby whilst we were abroad for a week. However our minds were put at ease after finding Fil at Catsalone! Now we wish we had always left her in the comfort of her own home with Fil looking after her instead of putting her in a cattery in the past! During the free consultation, Fil was careful to make sure she knew everything she needed to about Baby's needs and our usual routine. Whilst with Baby, Fil sent us lots of updates including photos of Baby who she quickly won over and had lots of plays and cuddles with! It was also comforting to know someone was looking in on the house. Everything looked great when we returned home, Baby was happy and Fil was even kind enough to ask if we had returned home safely. Fil has looked after our two cats on 3 occasions now, visiting daily to feed and keep an eye on. Both cats took to her immediately, despite usually being nervous around people, and they seemed very calm and settled when we return home from our travels, compared to previously when they tend to 'act out' and let us know they're not happy about us leaving them at home. We've found Fil to be very efficient caring for the cats, and also in her communication with us, which is very important when we leave our pets in someone else's care. We would certainly recommend Fil's cat service for her quality of care, professionalism, and value for money.

Filomena is excellent and I knew Poppy was in very good care and was very happy to leave her in her care while I was away.

We used Fil very last minute due to a change of circumstance. We had heard great reviews but had not needed to use the service previously. From first contact she completely put us at ease and came to visit promptly to meet our girls and discuss their needs. Fil was very friendly and our girls took to her instantly- which was surprising for one of them as she's quite antisocial. Whilst we were away we recieved regular messages letting us know everything was ok- including photos. On return our antisocial older cat has been very affectionate and sociable- which has been lovely and we put that down to Fil keeping them relaxed happy and loved in their own home when we were away. We definitely won't need to ask aneighbour to pop in again! We could not recommend Fil enough- she's just brilliant. We will definitely be using her again!

It was lovely to know that our cat was being looked after in his home whilst we were sunning ourselves. Fil even cleaned up after he brought in some 'guests'… truly above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

Very reasonable rate - I was away for 10 days on holiday, worked out slightly cheaper than cattery, but the services offered make it a value for money option for your pet whilst you're away. Took very good care of my cat, evident by her well being on my return. Offers a customised service, took time to meet my cat and discuss her needs beforehand. I received regular text updates. Phil obviously a 'cat person' in tune with cats. Excellent service all round. I will be using this service again, for years to come probably. Highly valued by me as it takes all the worry about my cat away when we go on holiday. Highly recommended.

Fil took excellent care of my 3 cats whilst I was on holiday in may2017, I am so thankful Fil, you went above and beyond and I am very glad that I found you, unfortunately Star (the long furred one) is no longer with me, I'm mourning her right now as this was very sudden and recent, she'll be a star in the sky instead now, thank you for everything that you did for her xx.

We've never left our cat for more than a couple of days with family stepping in to help out until we came across Fil via a flyer we had through our door. We saw great reviews and asked Fil to look after our cat Mitten initially in March whilst we had a short trip away and then for our recent 3 week holiday. Fil has been brilliant - Mitten is a shy little thing but was looked after fantastically well. We were given very regular updates via FB and could see she was ok to reassure us and ensure we had a worry free time. The whole process was seamless from getting in touch to arranging dates etc and we'd recommend Fil to anyone who wants/needs the reassurance of their cat looking after. We really can't thank Fil enough and we will without doubt be contacting her again as soon as we're out and about again.
