Zelda is a very fussy cat and a bit of a diva, however Catnappery is the only cattery where I feel confident leaving her. They accept her moods (and hisses) and I can always feel confident that when I'm away on holiday Zelda is in the best place she can be. I can't recommend it enough.
We bring our cat Cooper to the Catnappery. It is by far the best we have tried in the area. Sara is brilliant with him and he is much happier here than anywhere else. We can go away safe in the knowledge Cooper is in the best hands. The cattery is clean and tidy with a calm atmosphere which is perfect.
Catnappery Cattery is like a hotel and spar for cats. Our cat Joey stays with them every time we go away and they always take such good care of our him. Joey is quite a nervous cat around people but is always relaxed when we drop him off and collect him. Catnappery is a place that we trust to take good care of Joey, this takes a lot of the stress out of going away. The facilities are very clean, light and airy with plenty of space and toys to play with. Probably the most important factor for us is that you can see that they really do love animals. Its such a warm and friendly place and as a result you get exceptional service and care.
Top notch care for your cats and very reasonable prices. We have been taking Holly here since she was a little kitty she was loved and looked after like their own pet. The pens are spotless and spacious with lovely high windows to avoid the cats seeing each other. Sara is so friendly and reassuring.
Catnappery Cattery looked after my 14 year old tom cat 'Loki' for 9 days while I went on a family holiday. I was really anxious as Loki had very recently been unwell and diagnosed with diabetes. On arrival, Sara soon put me at ease with her down to earth and friendly nature. The cats accommodation was spotlessly clean, secure and very well equipped and the cats staying there looked very content. Sara took plenty of time to discuss Loki and his feeding, condition, habits, vets details etc and was happy with giving his diabetes medication. On my return, Loki was content and relaxed and had obviously been very well looked after. Sara told me how he had been during his stay in great detail and it was evident that she cares deeply and develops a good rapport with all the cats she looks after. I was really impressed by Catnappery cattery and they have my highest recommendation and gratitude.
I had trouble finding a cattery to take my nasty diabetic cat, he's actually been thrown out of a cattery. I came across catnappery and telephoned Sara and explained my situation and if she'd consider a trial run so she could see what she was letting herself in for. She agreed so I took him for 2 nights on the basis that if she couldn't handle/inject him I'd pick him back up. Sara was amazing with him. He settled in well and was quite well behaved so she agreed to have him for the 2 weeks whilst we went on holiday. He's due to go back soon and I have no worries that he will be well looked after. It's a fantastic cattery with a fantastic owner. I'd highly recommend. So glad I found it.
Great all round service from Catnappery. Was initially worried about leaving Cassie as never left her in a cattery before but I needn't have worried. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about the cats they care for. Have already booked her in for next April and September with no worries at all. Lovely location and spotlessly clean so not only am I going on holiday but Cassie it too.
My cat Enid stayed at Catnappery for three weeks in September 2015. I was a bit worried about leaving her for such a long time but as soon as we arrived all my worries disappeared. The facilities are clean and Enid had her own pen with lots of toys. We had photos of Enid whilst we were away and when we came to pick her back up she didn't want to come home! We would highly recommend Sara and Catnappery and will be looking forward to using Catnappery again this year. (Sorry for the late review)!
