Based in Mountsorrel, near Leicester, here at Cathlene's Cakes, I create elegant, bespoke wedding cakes to compliment your special day.

I offer wedding cakes in a range of sizes to suit your guest numbers and the style of cake you'd like. They can be finished in buttercream, ganache or fondant and the design options are endless.

Most multi-tiered cakes can have more than one flavour and my flavour list is extensive, including classic flavours as well as more contemporary combinations.

I also offer dessert tables and macaron towers, which can be supplied in addition to a wedding cake, or as an alternative option to the traditional wedding cake.

All my cakes are baked gluten-free so, for those with Coeliac disease, you can be confident there will be no cross-contamination concerns.

For those not requiring a gluten-free cake, rest assured that neither you nor your guests will ever notice the difference, as my cakes taste just like any other cake (probably better).

Other dietary requirements I cater for include dairy-free, egg-free and vegan.
