About Cat Chappell Counselling
Are you feeling lost, stressed, anxious or depressed, have intrusive thoughts or feel like you're going round in circles? Contact me to discuss how counselling could help you understand yourself better and make change happen.
Life doesn't have to be so hard.
I am an integrative counsellor, and registered member of the British Association of Counselors and Psychotherapists.
Being Integrative means that I use a number of different counselling techniques depending on what I feel is best for you as a person and what you would like to achieve. I believe that counselling should be tailored to the individual, as no two people are the same.
I specialise in people who are experiencing depression, sadness, low mood, anxiety, overthinking, fears and phobias, flashbacks, panic attacks and low-self-esteem.
I have worked for many years with domestic violence, emotional abuse and gaslighting, bullying, trauma, self-harm, rape and sexual abuse.
I can help you with understanding yourself, finding inner strength. Learning self-care and self-compassion, relaxation techniques, confidence, healthy coping strategies, finding calm and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
If you feel you’d like to work with me, then please get in contact – We can arrange a telephone consultation free of charge, and if agreed, an initial appointment. This is a good opportunity for you to decide if you think we can work together.
Counselling appointments are typically held weekly at the same day and time for 50 minutes.
We can arrange to work short term or open ended and review as we go on.0 FreeIndex Reviews
