Amazing service and product! We have been delighted with everything from start to finish! Easy to use website, great choice, customer service couldn't have been more helpful with our enquiries. We were then kept up to date on the progress of our order regularly. Delivery when we expected and the delivery team who delivered were so nice and helpful. The bed is beautiful, so sturdy and well made! The kids are so happy and our eldest is now moaning for a new bed so we will be ordering again from here!

Had our bed delivered to us yesterday. It is amazing, solid and a good quality product. Service from first point of contact was been very good. Kept up to date with the build and plenty of notice on when bed was to be delivered. Paid our deposit in PayPal so was protected if anything went wrong. Great customer service.

I can not rate this Company highly enough. From the start they were very helpful, and understanding of mine and my child’s needs. I was surprised when I offered to pay in full via bank transfer they said no, and asked me to pay a deposit via PayPal, and the balance on the day once I was happy with my purchase. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Even the delivery team were amazing and had my Daughter totally fooled about the little helpers in there tool box. LOL. **PLEASE READ and SHARE**. Back in may 2016 we received Frankie's "castle bed" from dreams joinery that had been custom made to fit her tiny box room. The first problem was that it didn't exactly look like a castle bed. I had sent over a basic drawing of what I wanted but also spoken on the phone about the design. They made my basic drawing! I could deal with this as I should of stated on the email exactly what I wanted. On the day of the fitting I noticed that part of the bed wasn't connected together properly, I was told that this was because my floor was on a slope and that is why that had happened and that he couldn't do nothing about it. A few hours after he had left I contacted him and told him that I really wasn't happy the bed wasn't properly connected he assured me the bed was safe and AGAIN it was down to my floor, after I told him that was impossible his reply was "well take the bed down, pull the carpet back and check the floor yourself" A few weeks later, I contacted him with the same problem and few other things, like the gaps between the draws and the shocking paint work I only asked for the problems to be fixed and he told me he would speak to his manager and get back to me. After a week of hearing nothing I tried phoning, texting and emailing with no answer or any contact back. Eventually I rang of my house number which they didn't have and guess what he answered straight away and told me the bed I had received is good enough and they WILL NOT be doing anything to fix the problems. Around 4 months later more problems with the bed continued to pop up it was falling apart so I contacted trading standards, who said I was entitled to a full refund within 6 months of purchase and told me I needed to send a recorded letter with pictures and a second opinion. By the time I had got my second opinion and the report stating it was unstable it had passed the time frame for me to get my money back, so I gave up and dealt with the fact I would have to pay to have it fixed- until tonight, As I was getting the kids ready for bed in Frankie's room-Emmy who isn't even 2 yet pulled on the wardrobe door to open it, the door came of fully falling on top of her!Luckily she is fine without a Mark on her! But it could of been allot worse. We only still have the bed as it isn't exactly cheap to just go out and buy another one! This company should be ashamed of their selfs for not fixing the problem when I had contacted them numerous times. I really really hope that this post gets back to you maybe now you'll listen.Moreexpand_more

I found this Company after reading many reviews about other Companies, and got a referral from someone else. I must say after all the reading I new I had no choice but to use Dreams Joinery over the other Companies and there questionable reviews on there websites. From the moment I contacted them there were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I got the product I wanted, and a very good price and amazing quality. It has made a nice change to see such a professional Company on the Internet.

I am so glad I did not go with what at the time was my first choice of Companies and contacted your self’s. You have made my Children very happy and me to! A big thank you for your help and the speed in witch you responded to my telephone calls and emails. We supplied this company with a few photos of a bed that we wanted but the Company would not deliver to the UK. The staff at Dreams Joinery talked us through the design and how it would need to be adapted to fit in a UK bedroom. When they can and assembled the bed, not even I was ready for how good it looked. If you are thinking of buying from an other Company, my advice would be NO, and buy from Dreams Joinery. Once again Thank You. Leanne, Chester.

I just placed an oder for my daughter bed that I asked them to deliver on April few days before her bday. So far thier communication is GREAT! Unlike the other company whose so busy to answer your questions! I cant wait to see the bed that we ask. I'll keep you posted and I'll post the picture of the product when its finished :).
