CAS Mobile Mechanics

Had a recommendation from a neighbour to use CAS and really glad I did. Needed rear brakes done, Richard managed to fit me in the same day, worked late to get the job done and fitted a much better brand of pad/disc for the same price as I was quoted for a lesser quality set-up elsewhere. Will definitely be using again.

Replaced alternator on Volvo XC90. Pleasure to deal with and no fuss. Appointment booked and they called previous day to confirm. Came to house in morning, replaced alternator (we supplied) and left. What more could you want? Would use again without a doubt. A very fair price charged and polite professional service. Thank you!

Brilliant service ready to help with a job I had started on my Ford SMax with the fuel fillter.

I was stuck in Worcester when my Golf had a split coolant pipe and it was looking like a very expensive job. The guy arrived and completed a temporary repair then followed me to their main garage where they finished the job. Amazing service and very friendly guys. I've been meaning to write this review for a few months but wanted to say thank you for getting me back home!

Needed a locking nut removed after it had been over torqued and had no key after it had sheared to bits. Found the company through google, gave them a ring and they came to my house a few hours later and had the job done in 15mins. Result. They had the perfect tool for job, caused no damage to my wheel or car, great customer service and friendly personality, leaving me a very happy and satisfied customer. Will highly recommend to anyone.

Being concerned about driving my vehicle due to the Engine Malfunction Warning Light flashing, I called Rich at CAS Services Mobile Mechanics 58 Giffard Dr, Welland, Malvern 07766818332 at 10. 42 today. He said he would come to my home at 2pm and he arrived punctually! He quickly diagnosed and dealt with the problem, gave advice for the future and the charge was very fair. I cannot recommend him more highly - he was friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I highly recommend Richard who is an extemely proficient expert mechanic and true gent. Nothing was too much trouble and I was reassurred by his work. Rich has just fixed the brakes on my Citroen C3. I called him at about 4pm yesterday afternoon and he turned up at 8 o'clock this morning. Very friendly get-on-with-it sort of guy. He test drove my car, then took the wheels off to look at the brake pads, sorted the problem and was finished in half an hour. I'll definitely be going to him for MOTs and services in the future. Off the road for a few days with I thought a faulty PAS pump Richard came out diagnosed the actual problem and sorted the same day didn't cost the earth either Definitely use again and recommend with no hesitation.

Great service from Rich. He took time out over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend to fix my brakes which had gone completely. This issue was originally caused by a well known high street auto centre (begins with H - located in Worcs town centre! ) and the terrible work they had done in servicing my car. CAS provided a great service and good price - so much so that I got them to do my MoT as well. More than happy with all the work done.

They don't come much better than Richard. He looks after the driving school cars (Startin2drive) plus the ML 320 and has dealt quickly and efficiently with all of our breakdowns and problems these have included cam belt failures, clutch failures, brake upgrades etc. Out of hours is dealt with when necessary accompanied by the ever present smile and electronic cigarette! Hate to give him a good review because he is always in demand anyway! After a mechanically difficult three months with Peugeot engine failures let's hope we can have a CAS free time for a few months!
