Internet very slow. Computer checked and a new Wi-Fi card fitted. Excellent service from Lee as usual.

Had a scare with possible malware being downloaded. Got onto Lee and he quickly checked everything out and added some additional safe guards.

I was rather dubious when Lee told me how much he could improve my WiFi signal but improve it he has, more than I ever thought full strenth throughout the house on every device.

Very helpful. Hope to rely on Cartcom to look after our computers in the future and being able to call upon Cartcom with any problems which may occur.

My computer completely froze and I could not close any of the applications (namely my E-mail). I rang Cartcom and Craig enabled me remotely to close it down and then collected it to sort the background problems out and up-dated my anti-virus software. Thanks a lot.

I had problems with my rather ancient computer. Lee gave me good advice on buying a new one and set it up for me. He is very knowledgable and efficient also patient, (I'm not good with technology) I have no hesitation in reccomending him.

Reinstalling wi-fi router. Making the appointment was easy; the price quoted and charged was very reasonable. The appointment was kept on time and the service was good. I found the rating system a bit strange. 'Satisfactory' is a bit of an understatement, but I can't say it was 'exceptional' or 'better than expected'. I expected good service and I got it.

Excellent work carried out repairing my computer. Top class service, prompt and polite. Would definitely use again.
