I used you almost ten years ago to the day. I was moving house and needed the carpets cleaned. Your staff were really friendly, professional and did a superb job. If my husband didn't clean our carpets for us I'd still be using you! I know there's been a delay in the review but I've only just discovered this site! Had our hallway carpets cleaned by carpet bright. And they are amazing. A hallway is a room used very often and constant traffic of people through so the stains and marks had really built up over the years. Now been cleaned it looks brand new, we are so pleased that we have now booked to have the whole house refreshed :) friendly and reliable staff who really care about giving there work a good name. Very helpful with appointment time, arrived promptly. Very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Very honest about cleaning process and what was possible. Carpet sparkling and dry very quickly. My dog even loved the chap that came - he doesn't usually like men!

As always, an amazing job from Carpet Bright! This is the forth time we have had them back and would completely recommend there services! Our cream carpets look new again! Today he went beyond his duties and helped me with a radiator that happened to fall off the wall! Very happy customers and will no doubt have them back soon.

He managed to get me booked in for an emergency appointment on Thursday which I was very pleased about. I recently moved into a house David was very clean and tidy and got on with the job without complaining even though I think it was a bit worse than he thought. There were numerous stains in kitchen dining area, the bedroom and heavy traffic areas in a tenanted property all of which were pre treated and removed or considerably reduced. Where stains could not be removed after several attempts this was communicated. An excellent clean from a polite professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
