Dan attended to the roof of my summerhouse after it was damaged by a falling tree. He provided an estimate to inspect the work required then, when he discovered it was possible to repair he found the materials after a lot of searching (it required cedar ridge tiles), travelled to the stockist and finished the repair to a superb standard. He worked safely using scaffolding and in a team of two. He even fixed a sticky door for me as well. The whole job was completed in a day. I could not be more pleased with the job he did.

We have had decking and a lean to built, both of which have been done to a standard both my husband and I are extremely pleased with, nothing is to much bother for Dan and Martin work is done as and when specified and all mess is cleared up afterwards. We have having other work done inside the house now and cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I called dan from carpentry by carters and he came round to talk about refurbishing my front door that was letting draft in every which way and starting to fall apart in places. I loved the design of my door and would have been sad to see it go. They ended up building me a new door and frame from scratch to replicate the old one and fitting it minus all the draft problems. Would definitely recommend.

Carpentry by carters made some oak units to fit in my bedroom. They where very clean, on time and worked around my busy schedules. I had several quotes and considering they were at the cheaper end I was not expecting the finished product to be of such high quality. Excellent value, great service.
