Caring and Sharing Company aim to provide quality home care and bridge this training gap by offering intensive training courses to not only our own staff but also the wider care community, that have an impact and make a tremendous difference to the quality of life of the service user and informal family carers and their relatives, as well as other health care professionals e. G. Charities out-reach workers, social services, PCT staff, care homes, day care centres and domiciliary care support agencies.

The company is managed by Andrew Cowen who has been working in the Homecare market for many years. Having previously worked for Sheila Cowen trust, Andrew Cowen is experienced enough to look after the company.

With a team that includes large experienced employees, Caring Sharing and Company has a professional carers and qualified nurses.
