The two men that helped me move were polite, accommodating, understanding, fast and extremely reliable. Not a single item was broken and they did everything with a smile on their faces. In addition I'd like to praise the service I received over the telephone whilst arranging my booking as my interactions with Nicky were always extremely helpful, professional and they were extremely patient with my ever changing move date which was only confirmed with 24 hours notice! Price given for the job was fair, and by comparison good value. They turned up on time, worked quickly and made a good, clean job with my furniture; no knocking into door frames and such, even though some of the items were a tight squeeze. Unloading the other end was just as efficient, they gave me complete confidence in them. They were also professional in their approach, no swearing, no smoking, and they had good manners! I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.

Nicky and his colleague were very prompt and professional in fully meeting our needs of clearing out and delivering our archived and stored material to our new office space. I needed to move house from one side of Barry to the other, I had a number of large items - beds, wardrobes, mirrors and a workbench. I was very pleased with Taxi Vans Cardiff, the 2 guys were punctual, friendly, professional and efficient. All of my items were moved with care and were protected with blankets etc to ensure they weren't damaged. I would highly recommend this company.
